Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower
  • Wholemeal Flour (150g)
  • Tomato Paste (4 Tablespoons)
  • Date Sugar (2 Tablespoons)
  • Paprika Powder (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic Powder (2 tablespoons)
  • Chilli powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Water (About the same amount as for flour)

Preparation

Remove baking tray from the oven and preheat oven to 220°.

Place all ingredients except the cauliflower in a large bowl and stir well.

Put baking paper on the baking tray and cut the cauliflower florets from the stem.

Dip the florets in the marinade and place them on a baking tray.

Bake at 220° for about 40 minutes.

Additional Notes:

  • Date sugar is the healthiest sugar because it consists of dried and finely ground dates and retains important nutrients!
  • Every stove is different, so better check a little earlier to see what the condition of the Buffalo Wings is like and don’t let them burn!
  • Instead of conventional baking paper made of paper, you can also use reusable silicone baking paper!
