Cook Time: 40 min.
Total Time: 55 min.

Ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- Wholemeal Flour (150g)
- Tomato Paste (4 Tablespoons)
- Date Sugar (2 Tablespoons)
- Paprika Powder (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic Powder (2 tablespoons)
- Chilli powder (1 tablespoon)
- Water (About the same amount as for flour)
Preparation
Remove baking tray from the oven and preheat oven to 220°.
Place all ingredients except the cauliflower in a large bowl and stir well.
Put baking paper on the baking tray and cut the cauliflower florets from the stem.
Dip the florets in the marinade and place them on a baking tray.
Bake at 220° for about 40 minutes.
Additional Notes:
- Date sugar is the healthiest sugar because it consists of dried and finely ground dates and retains important nutrients!
- Every stove is different, so better check a little earlier to see what the condition of the Buffalo Wings is like and don’t let them burn!
- Instead of conventional baking paper made of paper, you can also use reusable silicone baking paper!
