  • Avocado (One Ripe)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (5)
  • Soy Yoghurt (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic Clove (1)
  • Lemon Juice (One squirt – Fresh or from concentrate)
  • Pepper

The measurements of this recipe are estimated for 1 portion.

Preparation of Vegan Guacamole

Remove the seeds from the avocado, peel, and place in a bowl.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces and chop the clove of garlic using a garlic press; The easiest way to chop garlic is with a garlic press. If you don’t have one yet, you can also chop the clove of garlic very finely with a knife

Put the remaining ingredients into the bowl and crush them well with a fork and mix.

Add very little lemon juice and taste briefly.
