- Garlic Clove (1)
- Lemon Juice (One squirt – Fresh or from concentrate)

Preparation of Vegan Guacamole
Remove the seeds from the avocado, peel, and place in a bowl.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces and chop the clove of garlic using a garlic press; The easiest way to chop garlic is with a garlic press. If you don’t have one yet, you can also chop the clove of garlic very finely with a knife
