Cauliflower Wings (Buffalo Wings)

  • Cauliflower
  • 150 g Wholemeal Flour
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Date Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Paprika Powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • Water About the same amount as for flour


  • Remove baking tray from the oven and preheat oven to 220°
  • Place all ingredients except the cauliflower in a large bowl and stir well
  • Put baking paper on the baking tray and cut the cauliflower florets from the stem
  • Dip the florets in the marinade and place them on a baking tray
  • Bake at 220° for about 40 minutes
